  • Cancellation After 1 Hour: After 1 hour, your project is assigned to our team, and cancellation is no longer possible. At this stage, we begin work on your project, making it difficult to reverse the process without incurring costs.

  • Service Not Provided: If, for any reason, we are unable to deliver the agreed-upon service, you are eligible for a full refund.

  • Consultation Fees: Any fees associated with consultations or assessments are non-refundable.
